Ok, before I even start talking, I must say that I'm completely sold out for this dude. He's a really freaking good artist and I wish I had 1/10 of his skills... and that would be a lot! His name? Jose Manuel Oli.

I believe his name is Jose Manuel Oli. At least that's the name at the bottom of a tutorial I found on his site.
